These Terms govern your use of the OndeWork website and, where applicable, existing text conversations with us. By using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

About this website

This site provides information about our AI and automation services and a way to get in touch. It does not, by itself, create a client relationship. Any engagement to provide services is governed by a separate written agreement between you and OndeWork.

Use of the site

Use the site lawfully and don’t attempt to disrupt or misuse it.
Don’t submit false information or someone else’s personal data without permission.
Content on this site is provided for general information and may change at any time.

AI opportunity reports and paid upgrades

AI opportunity reports are generated from public information and are intended to identify hypotheses worth investigating. They are not an audit, financial advice, a guarantee of savings, or a statement of fact about a company’s private operations. Validate an idea against the company’s own records before relying on it.

A paid upgrade is a one-time purchase that unlocks the additional analysis available for one existing report. The price and currency are displayed before checkout, and Stripe processes the payment. Paid access lasts for one year from purchase. The emailed private link is an access credential; you are responsible for keeping it secure. A refund does not require us to destroy analysis already generated and delivered. Use our contact form for purchase or refund questions. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

Existing SMS / text conversations

The website no longer offers a text-message contact option. If you already have a text conversation with OndeWork, the following information applies to that conversation.

Program description. Messages are conversational and customer-service related: we reply to your enquiry and communicate about the services you have asked about. This is not a marketing or promotional text blast program.
Consent. We use a mobile number provided for an existing conversation to reply about your enquiry. Text-message consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies.
Costs. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan. OndeWork does not charge for the messages themselves.
Opt out. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and will not send further messages unless you opt back in.
Help. Reply HELP for assistance, or use our contact form.
Delivery. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier and device.
Providers and privacy. We use a third-party messaging provider to deliver texts. We handle your mobile information as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information or opt-in/consent data is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Intellectual property

The content, branding, and design of this site are owned by OndeWork unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce it without permission.

No warranties

The site and any existing text conversations are provided “as is.” We make no warranties about their accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OndeWork is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or an existing text conversation.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Existing text conversations are also handled in accordance with applicable US messaging rules and carrier requirements.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “last updated” date above when we do.
