These Terms govern your use of the OndeWork website and our text messaging program. By using this site or by texting with us, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site or our text messaging program.
About this website
This site provides information about our AI and automation services and a way to get in touch. It does not, by itself, create a client relationship. Any engagement to provide services is governed by a separate written agreement between you and OndeWork.
Use of the site
- Use the site lawfully and don’t attempt to disrupt or misuse it.
- Don’t submit false information or someone else’s personal data without permission.
- Content on this site is provided for general information and may change at any time.
SMS / text messaging terms
OndeWork offers a text messaging (SMS) program so you can reach us and we can reply by text. By providing your mobile phone number, through our “Text us” form, our contact form, or by texting us at (302) 208-8557, you agree to the following terms and consent to receive text messages as described below.
- Program description. Messages are conversational and customer-service related: we reply to your enquiry and communicate about the services you have asked about. This is not a marketing or promotional text blast program.
- Consent. When you provide your mobile number to us, you consent to receive text messages from OndeWork at that number. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
- Message frequency. Message frequency varies.
- Costs. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan. OndeWork does not charge for the messages themselves.
- Opt out. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and will not send further messages unless you opt back in.
- Help. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at hello@ondework.com.
- Delivery. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier and device.
- Providers and privacy. We use a third-party messaging provider to deliver texts. We handle your mobile information as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information or opt-in/consent data is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Intellectual property
The content, branding, and design of this site are owned by OndeWork unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce it without permission.
No warranties
The site and text messaging program are provided “as is.” We make no warranties about their accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OndeWork is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or our text messaging program.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Our text messaging program is also operated in accordance with applicable US messaging rules and carrier requirements.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “last updated” date above when we do.
