This Privacy Policy explains how OndeWork (“OndeWork”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website, contact us, or exchange text messages with us. We collect only what we need to respond to you, deliver our services, and understand how our site is used.

Information we collect

• AI report information. When you request a report, we process the website address you enter, public information about that business, the report recipient email, and any optional answer you provide about how you are using the analysis.
• Payment information. Stripe processes payment details for paid report upgrades. We receive transaction identifiers, payment status, amount, currency, and the purchaser email needed to deliver and support the purchase. We do not receive or store complete card numbers.
• Information you give us. When you submit our “Text us” form or contact form, or when you text or email us, we receive the details you provide, typically your name, mobile phone number, email address, company name, and the contents of your message.
• Usage data. Like most websites, we use analytics tools (Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) that collect standard information such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and on-page interactions.

How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiries and to provide and improve our services.
• To send you text messages (SMS) in reply to your enquiry and to communicate about the services you have asked about, where you have provided your mobile number.
• To understand and improve how our website performs.
• To generate, secure, deliver, and support free and paid AI opportunity reports.
• To process and reconcile paid report upgrades and prevent duplicate fulfillment.

Text messaging (SMS) and your mobile information

We collect mobile phone numbers when you provide them, for example, through our “Text us” form, our contact form, or by texting us at (302) 208-8557. We use these numbers only to send and receive text messages with you about your enquiry and the services you have asked about. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers that help us operate, for example, our email provider, our website analytics providers, our AI service provider, Stripe, and our SMS/texting provider, and only to the extent needed to provide the service or to comply with the law. As stated above, mobile opt-in and consent information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Data retention

We keep the information you provide only for as long as needed to respond to you, to provide our services, and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations, after which we delete or anonymize it.

Free AI reports normally expire after 90 days. A purchased report and its secure access are retained for one year from purchase so the recipient can return to the analysis. Payment records may be retained longer where required for financial, tax, fraud-prevention, or legal obligations.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information.

Cookies

Our analytics tools use cookies and similar technologies. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some functionality.

Your choices and rights

• Text messages: reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.
• Your data: you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have provided through our contact form.

Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
