This Privacy Policy explains how OndeWork (“OndeWork”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website, contact us, or have exchanged text messages with us. We collect only what we need to respond to you, deliver our services, and understand how our site is used.

Information we collect

• AI report information. When you request a report, we process the website address you enter, public information about that business, the report recipient email, and any optional answer you provide about how you are using the analysis.
• Payment information. Stripe processes payment details for paid report upgrades. We receive transaction identifiers, payment status, amount, currency, and the purchaser email needed to deliver and support the purchase. We do not receive or store complete card numbers.
• Information you give us. When you submit our contact form, request an exploratory call, or email us, we receive the details you provide, typically your name, email address, company name, and message. A call request also includes the phone number you choose to provide and the software you list under Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Finance. If you previously exchanged texts with us, we may also have your mobile number and the contents of that conversation.
• Usage data. Like most websites, we use analytics tools (Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) that collect standard information such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and on-page interactions.

How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiries and to provide and improve our services.
• To respond to an existing text conversation if you previously contacted us that way.
• To understand and improve how our website performs.
• To generate, secure, deliver, and support free and paid AI opportunity reports.
• To process and reconcile paid report upgrades and prevent duplicate fulfillment.

Existing text conversations and mobile information

The website no longer offers a text-message contact option. If you already have a text conversation with us, we use your mobile number and messages to respond to that enquiry. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out by replying STOP to an existing message, or reply HELP for assistance. See our Terms of Service for the messaging terms that apply to existing conversations.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers that help us operate, for example, our email provider, our website analytics providers, our AI service provider, Stripe, and our SMS provider for existing conversations, and only to the extent needed to provide the service or to comply with the law. As stated above, mobile opt-in and consent information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Data retention

We keep the information you provide only for as long as needed to respond to you, to provide our services, and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations, after which we delete or anonymize it.

Free AI reports normally expire after 90 days. A purchased report and its secure access are retained for one year from purchase so the recipient can return to the analysis. Payment records may be retained longer where required for financial, tax, fraud-prevention, or legal obligations.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information.

Cookies

Our analytics tools use cookies and similar technologies. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some functionality.

Your choices and rights

• Text messages: reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.
• Your data: you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have provided through our contact form.

Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “last updated” date above when we do.
